Mark is the Founder and Managing Director of CCG and was inspired to start the business by seeing the positive impact that meaningful career development has on individuals.

By adopting a fresh and innovative approach Mark’s vision is to make Career Transition, Outplacement and Career Development support more accessible so that more individuals can take control of their career future and do things they didn’t expect.

Mark has held senior General Manager and General Manager – HR leadership roles with Fletcher Challenge, The Warehouse and Steel & Tube as well as being a Business JV Owner/Operator. This experience has included Board membership and significant involvement in major change programmes impacting on individuals and groups of up to 500 people.

Mark also owns a Business Consultancy which focuses on Business Turnarounds, Start-Up’s and Development and included Consulting with a leading NZ Career Transition and Outplacement organisation.

Caroline is a Director – Career Support and is driven by seeing people exceed their own expectations.

CCG’s values are also a great fit to Caroline’s as is her personal style of empathetic yet direct support to ensure individuals and organisations achieve the best possible outcomes.

Caroline derives great satisfaction from seeing her clients achieve their goals.

Caroline has had an extensive career in senior management, consulting and HR roles with ANZ, the health sector, Mercer, Suncorp and as a Director with PWC establishing their Executive Rewards practice. Her career has included significant involvement in managing career transition and outplacement programmes, in particular in the public sector.

      Caroline is the founder of ContractProf Ltd, a business which facilitates the cost-effective use of specialist contractors and also consults to the Internal Consulting Group (ICG). Caroline holds Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery Degrees.

Craig Tucker

Craig is a Director – Career Support and a business leadership professional with a real People First approach. Craig’s people focus is based on mentoring, engagement and forging long term relationships. Craig sees the tremendous opportunity in providing more people access to take control of developing their careers. 

Craig has held senior executive business leadership and sales and marketing roles with Mobil, Amcor, CHH, Fletcher Building and as CEO of Living Earth. This has involved operating on the global stage with a particular focus in the APAC region. Craig has had extensive involvement in change programmes, people leadership and development.

Craig is also Director of Kaimata Group – a premium pet food export business he founded. Craig holds a Bachelor of Business Studies Degree.
